Matt has over 25 years of organizational leadership experience in nonprofits, business startups, and local government.
Matt earned his juris doctor (J.D.) at Rutgers University and Penn State Dickinson, with a focus on business law and dispute resolution.
For several years after law school, Matt represented industry alliances, utilities, and family-owned companies in energy-related litigation and transactions.
Matt most recently served as Vice President & Corporate Counsel at a national legal nonprofit, overseeing its financial and operations functions during rapid growth.
